October 15, 2012: Diamondbacks 3 Phillies 1 (Diamondbacks lead NLCS, 2-0)

The Phillies held a slim 1-0 lead in this one until the bottom of the 6th inning, when an Adam Eaton deep fly turned it to a 2-1 Diamondbacks lead. An insurance run in the 7th makes it a 3-1 Diamondbacks win.
