The Nationals got 2 runs early and Jordan Zimmermann seemed to be in control, but the Phillies tied it up with runs in the 5th and 6th and eventually scored the walk-off win when Darin Ruf took Craig Stammen deep in the bottom of the 12th.
The series will go back to Washington all tied up.
