October 5, 2012: A's beat Blue Jays 5-0 in AL wild card game

It was all Oakland in this one. The Blue Jays got just 3 hits off Jarrod Parker of the A's, who went 7 shutout innings for the win. Grant Balfour took the last 2 innings to finish the shutout. Coco Crisp was 3 for 5, while Brandon Moss and Derek Norris both went deep.

Jarrod Parker had a strong outing as the Oakland Athletics defeated the
Toronto Blue Jays by the score of 5 to 0 at O.co Coliseum.
 
Parker(1-0) was solid in the win.  He didn't allow much, just 3 hits and 1
walk in 7 innings.  Oakland had 9 hits overall, while Toronto had 3.
 
Carlos Villanueva(0-1) was hit with the loss.  Despite the loss, he struckout
11 Oakland batters in 7 and 2/3 innings.
